Born and raised in Chicago and a resident of the River North neighborhood for over five years, Daniel is a local expert! At a young age, he watched his brother get into real estate, which sparked his interest in the industry. Daniel started renting apartments downtown at the age of 18 and never looked back. Daniel Sannikov
Yoni has been in the real estate industry in one form or another for the last 15 years. It’s always been his passion, and he always knew that Real Estate was lucrative if you did it the right way. In 2015, Yoni and his brother Danny created The Pogo Group. Yoni had experience as a mortgage broker and was also a Division 1 Soccer player at Bradley University, while Danny negotiated his way into a position working for a sports and entertainment agent while attending DePaul University.
