Our agents are all provided a customer relationship management platform (CRM) Automate your client engagement, create drip campaigns, keep track of important dates and schedule reminders with ease. The cloud base cutting edge CRM allows agents to effectively manage sales and rental leads by email or text...even when you are not available. By capturing each lead, you will maximize your productivity.

Getting Started

1. Set up an account by syncing your Fulton Grace email, phone number and downloading the app.

2. In order to get started, check out the settings.

3. Upload your list of current contacts.  These people can consist of your past clients, friends, family, colleague or generally anyone that you think may be a source of referrals or future business.

4. If you tag  each uploaded contact with “email marketing” they will be eligible to receive two monthly marketing emails from you directly. Your clients will receive one seasonal email and one newsletter each month.

In order to communicate with your contacts, you can email and text directly through Follow Up Boss.  You have the ability to create and utilize text and email templates that you can create.

One of the best features in FUB is to integrate your website or general online advertising on websites like Zillow, Apartments.com and realtor.com as examples.  First you would need to learn about the API integration and lead email integration

Follow Up Boss integrates with many other softwares. For example we currently have FUB integrated with email marketing software and mailer software.

As mentioned earlier, by simply tagging “email marketing” your clients will be eligible to receive two branded emails per month. 1) Seasonal email 2) Company newsletter
