Lead Follow Up
After closing on a rental transaction, especially if you were the tenant’s agent, follow up is essential in order to grow your real estate business. As an agent, you want your closed clients to become a good source of referrals and potentially repeat clients.
From a tenant agent perspective, here are some basic follow up items to do once your clients have signed a lease agreement.
1. Add client to Email Marketing and initiate Follow Up Boss’s Rental Closing Action Plan
Email Marketing is a free service Fulton Grace Provide to all of our agents. Marketing designs two monthly emails that will go out to you all of your designated contacts. One of the emails is a seasonal theme and the second is a company newsletter. Both emails will contain your headshot, the Fulton Grace logo and any associated team or individual logo.

5. Request a Zillow Review
If you are certain your client had an amazing experience with you as their agent, we strongly recommend requesting a review. There is an email template in FUB that you can use. “Ask for testimonials/referrals - (NEED TO EDIT)” Make sure to edit template accordingly and add your link to your Zillow Profile
