Terms of Use

There's a lot included in this package and we believe it will give your high end listings the market attention they deserve. That said, given the costs involved with such an extensive marketing package, there are a couple of limitations on usage which we've outlined below:

  • Listings must be at a minimum price point of $750k

  • If this is a personal transaction that is $750k+ where commission is being passed through at 100%, agents can choose to use the luxury package as long as the agent pays for it. In other words, the luxury package is only available on listings that are commissionable. If an agent chooses to use it on a non-commissionable listing, the cost to the agent is $400.

  • An agent must include a cancellation fee in clause 12 (Conditional Termination) of the listing agreement. The cancellation fee must be a minimum of $400. In the event a listing is canceled, the cancelation fee is due and payable by the seller to Fulton Grace.
