The FG Mailer Program is the perfect soft touch solution to stay top of mind with your client database. The mailer is an automated, low-cost and effective way to remind clients and friends that you are their primary real estate resource.

All you need to do is tag your selected Follow Up Boss (FUB) contacts "Mailer" and pick which mailer option you would like HERE. An email will be sent out monthly to all agents so the month’s mailer options can be viewed. Options are broken down into Chicago, North Shore, Northern Illinois and Expertise Matters Campaign.
Please ensure that your tagged clients have a FULL address listed (including city, state and zip).
*Any contacts without the full address will be skipped. Any addresses that are deemed incorrect by our mailing platform will be charged an additional 20 to 30 cents fee per postcard. -
Just untag your client in Follow Up Boss and they will no longer receive the mailers.

You will be billed monthly for any contacts you tag.
A payment authorization form must be on file with us in order to utilize this program.
